English Channel 2000

These pictures were taken in the fall of 2000 in southern England and the Brittany region of France. We were visiting Marina's brother and his wife at their home outside Swanage, Dorset. We took the high-speed ferry arcoss the channel to St. Malo. Unfortunatly, there was a major strike in France: the truck drivers were protesting some thing or another, but there was no gasoline to be found! We changes our plans and stayed close to St. Malo.
